With over 15 years’ experience across a range of health and wellness agencies, Grace has focussed her career on Client Service excellence and delivering work to the highest of standards. Grace’s experience lies in leading the delivery of digital projects of varying scale, including websites, apps, digital advertising, SEO and much more. Grace also acts as a client’s strategic partner and counsel and is closely involved in providing input and advice to help shape the strategic direction of a client's business. Within hiprospect, Grace is responsible for oversight and running of the agency and is also a key client contact ensuring excellence in all that is delivered.

Simon has spent the last 15 years honing both his technical & leadership skills across a range of industries, including healthcare, shipping & finance. He worked his way up from Graduate Software Developer to CTO and with hiprospect Simon brings to the team a plethora of technical knowledge & a no-nonsense approach to the development of software systems for our clients.
